These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Wayra Pineda (operating as Atta Tattoo). By scheduling an appointment, opting into our SMS program, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
1. SMS program
Customers who opt in to our SMS program receive appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and service notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier.

2. Appointments & deposits
All services require advance scheduling and may require a deposit to confirm your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
3. Age requirement
You must be 18 years or older to opt into our SMS program and to receive tattoo services, as required by California law.
4. Health, aftercare & liability
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions before their session. Wayra Pineda is not responsible for allergic reactions, healing complications, or any consequence resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, and content created by Wayra Pineda remain her property unless a written agreement states otherwise. You may not reproduce or commercialize the artwork without permission.
6. Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
